No, drivers must provide their own private hire insurance. The vehicle will be licensed and ready — you just need to insure it before taking it on the road.
Our standard rental allows up to 4,500 miles per month. If you need more, we offer extra mileage packages at a competitive rate.

Once your documents are verified and payment is made, you can typically collect your vehicle within 4–12 hours.
✅ What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional fees. It’s important to communicate with us ahead of time to avoid any penalties.
✅ What is the minimum notice period to return a vehicle?
We require a 7-day notice before returning the vehicle. This allows us to process returns and prepare the vehicle for the next driver.
Yes, a refundable deposit is required when renting a vehicle. The amount will be confirmed during the application and is returned if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
✅ Can I swap the vehicle during my rental?
Vehicle swaps may be possible, depending on availability. Please contact us directly if you need a different vehicle size or type.
✅ What councils do your vehicles come plated with?
Most of our vehicles are Wolverhampton-plated, but we may have others available. We’ll confirm during your booking what council the vehicle is registered with.
